Wow, I didn't realize how much time could escape you on a blog if you didn't keep up with it. We wanted to start out blogging for the couple type journal aspect, but obviously that has been put on the back burner. Anyways, HAPPY NEW YEARS! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas season and had fun with family and making new traditions and holding to others. Jason and I had an amazing first Christmas. Jason's Birthday was over the break also and so we were lucky enough to get the chance to go to midway and spend a night away for that and also we said for our sixth month anniversary. We made it SIX whole months, and we even still love each other. I think we could say after this holiday season we grew even closer together; crazy how that happens when you thought you loved one another so much anyways. This Christmas we were busy juggling around families and making sure to spend some time at each household, it makes it hard because I have two wonderful sets of parents and he has his family, so he went from one family to three! It was a hectic day but Santa treated us both very well and we feel so spoiled for all of the fun things we got from everyone and are so happy everyone loved the presents that we purchased for them! We just are so grateful for the season we had to celebrate this time of year and feel way lucky that Jason's work schedule worked out that he got almost a full week off of work!!! It was a miracle but awesome! We had so much fun just going to family parties, hanging out with the family and eating wayyyyy too much delicious food.

First Christmas day together, after church!
Jason modeling his new jeans, he wanted new jeans so badly!! check him out ... actually don't! haha
I love all of my new clothes too, nothing better than a new outfit!
Sibling day out, Cabelas! Scary bears, actually the moose!
Oh man, MORE SUGAR! we were getting kind of treated out and boxes of chocolates kind of scare me because well i'm pretty picky as it it; so i don't like biting into something that I have no idea what it is, so here is how we ate it. Looks yummy huh? We each picked one and broke a piece off, tasted it and would hand it over to the other if it was good, if not it went into the box.... basically they all ended in the box because oh man you think just one bit isn't so bad.. but a box of like 20 add up way fast! Time for some serious new years resolutions!
